Kettle Moraine & Lake Country
The Kettle Moraine’s wooded ridges run through lake country from the northern to southern forest units.
Maple, oak and hickory colour the moraine hills above kettle lakes. By Autumn Guide’s estimates ↗ the colour here was at its best in mid-October and is likely past it now.
